Responsible for testing parts from Fuel Cell Design and Development teams to determine diffusion and dimensional properties and chemical concentrations using different analytical techniques
Determine the chemical presence and properties of organic and inorganic materials qualitatively and quantitatively using SEM and EPMA primarily.
Calibrate, operate, and maintain different analytical instruments including but not limited to XPS, XRD, Raman, SEM and EPMA analysis
Initiate method development to improve data collection and analysis efficiency
Perform measurement system studies (MSA), including Gage R&R to quantify uncertainty, capability, and potential limitations of instruments.
