  • Responsible for testing parts from Fuel Cell Design and Development teams to determine diffusion and dimensional properties and chemical concentrations using different analytical techniques

  • Determine the chemical presence and properties of organic and inorganic materials qualitatively and quantitatively using SEM and EPMA primarily.

  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain different analytical instruments including but not limited to XPS, XRD, Raman, SEM and EPMA analysis

  • Initiate method development to improve data collection and analysis efficiency

  • Perform measurement system studies (MSA), including Gage R&R to quantify uncertainty, capability, and potential limitations of instruments.
