What to Expect What You’ll Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled technician to introduces new parts and processes to our manufacturing lines. This person will directly solve technical issues both on the manufacturing lines and in prototype shops.
- Troubleshooting equipment and processes by collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations
- Perform complex and precise Electro-mechanical assemble without supervision
- Building prototypes
- Install and commission manufacturing equipment
- Training production teams and define standard work instructions
- Execute high volume manufacturing trails, data collection, and provide feedback to engineers
- Mechanical generalist with 3+ years of hands-on technical experience (electrical experience is a plus)
- Manufacturing experience - Mechanical fabrication skills (welding is a plus)
- Able to solve technical problems with only high-level direction
- Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical instructions (drawings, assembly manuals, verbal instructions)
