Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
- Perform software troubleshooting and updates on iOS and Android devices.
- Analyze and identify problems with computer hardware components.
- Solder and replace faulty components to restore functionality.
- Provide technical support to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Assist with retail sales of electronic devices and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Cell Phone equipment repair or technical support is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and mobile devices.
- Proficient in software troubleshooting for iOS and Android platforms.
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
