- Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility.
- Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e. toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
- Assisting all trades: painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters.
- Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, picking materials up from job sites, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working rapidly, attention to detail, observing situations.
- Must be able to remember orders from supervisors.
- Must be able to read and write for daily paperwork.
- Making daily decisions.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Constant eye/hand coordination.
- Constant wrist motion.
- Frequent walking up to 1000ft.
- Constant bending, lifting, pulling, reaching, grasping and pushing.
- Constant twisting, stooping.
- Must be in good shape for moving misc. furniture, mechanical parts and stocking tool room.
- Must be able to lift heavy at all times
- Frequent fingering.
- Constant manual dexterity.
- Frequently lifting up to 80lbs.
- Occasionally pushing carts up to 50lbs.
