Overview:
The Engagement Specialist supports Virtual Primary Care by serving as a resource for coworkers and providing personal, professional and compassionate service to patients.
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 3 or more years previous experience in a clinical setting (physician office or hospital).
• Eager to learn a variety of job responsibilities in an agile and fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve a variety of technical and non-technical issues that occur while providing virtual care services. Flexible, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects. Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, prioritization and organization skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work with and preserve confidential information. Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of Mercy. Professional attitude, excellent telephone skills, and calm demeanor under stress.
