Work Status: Full-Time (40 hrs.) M-F 8:00-4:00, 12months.

OACAC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Family Engagement Specialist (FES).  The FES assists in development and coordination of the Family and Community Partnerships department. Provides training and technical assistance to assigned Family Advocates (both large and small groups), process enrollments; ensure compliance with eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance (ERSEA) and compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards.

Requirements: BS or AA in family and child development or in the applied social sciences and a minimum of two years’ experience at the professional, direct-service level in a social services agency. 

OR,

a minimum of three years training or experience in the field of human development and community organization, including at a minimum two years direct-service level experience in social services agency.
