Job Summary and QualificationsRole Summary: Responsible for monitoring medical aspects for sponsored advanced life support agencies in Buncombe, Madison, Mitchell, and Yancey counties, and facilitator for System Incident Management Plan.
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: Associates degree in Emergency Medical Service.
- Preferred Education: Bachelors degree
- Required License: North Carolina Paramedic Certification, ACLS, BTLS, and PALS, Certified EMS Instructor, North Carolina drivers license and must meet insurance guidelines. Must have a valid NC driver’s license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 25 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
- Preferred License: National Registry for Paramedics
- Required Experience: Prior emergency service management experience, EMS instructional experience
