EMR Client Support/Level 1 QA
Brooklyn, NY
Seeking a EMR Client Support/Level 1 QA to join the team of a clinical/financial software company that supports companies within the skilled nursing and assisted living industries. The EMR Client Support/Level 1 QA professional will serve as the primary client support representative.
Salary: Up to $70K per year (depending on experience)
Requirements:
· High School Degree required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred, LPNs or CNAs encouraged to apply.
· Must have the ability to interact with various levels of IT and Medical professionals.
· Prior experience in a healthcare environment (skilled nursing/assisted living facilities) preferred.
· Must be able to multitask and work with multiple systems and computer screens at once.
· Must be willing and able to travel to client sites occasionally for training or support.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Description:
· Answering varying volumes of inbound calls and responding to inbound email inquiries.
· Assisting clients in troubleshooting and resolving EMR problems.
· Providing training to clients as needed for issue resolution.
· Documenting customer inquiries and interactions in our internal issue tracking tool.
· Adhering to internal and external service level agreements.
· Resolving client questions and complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
· Escalating issues as necessary.
· Participating in educational opportunities to become proficient in the EMR product and long-term care industry.
· Engaging in other assigned tasks such as system configuration, training documentation, or training new EMR clients as requested.
