ADP is hiring an Employment Tax Implementation Specialist Advisor

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Client Support. You will help our clients implement our solutions, which could include understand client business practices and analyzing their data from multiple systems. Implementation will involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
  • Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of leading/coordinating conference calls.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • High School diploma is required
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills required
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

 

Bonus points for these:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and experience
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

California Compensation Range for this role is $21.59 - $43.80  Hour
