Role Overview
Provide direction and leadership for the Employee Operations team in order to support businesses, managers and their teams in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, separations, salary benchmarking, and compliance.
Core Functions
- Develop your team by:
- Ensuring their processes reflect unity, growth, excellence, and generous stewardship.
- Helping each of them grow personally, professionally, and spiritually on an ongoing basis.
- Administratively support all company leaders through:
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate candidate and employee information.
- Processing separations, corrective documentation.
- Processing salary benchmarking, onboarding, recruiting, and job posting requests.
- Overseeing the research, recommendation, and implementation of various employee compliance training.
- Serving as the primary liaison with outside legal counsel for employment matters.
- Proactively support various business leaders by:
- Overseeing the pre-employment and ongoing screening events.
- Executing business survey efforts and corresponding follow-ups throughout the year.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office environment.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
- Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
- Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
