Green Bay Country Club strives to be the finest, full-service, family-oriented private country club in Wisconsin. We provide our members and guests with a casual, progressive, extraordinary experience featuring a premier golf course, resort-style pool, indoor golf experience, and exceptional dining. The Employee and Member Relations Manager will find people passionate about providing this experience, handling talent management, compensation, and employee benefits, as well as training and development. The person in this role is also member-facing, greeting members and guests upon entry and supporting club communications as the schedule permits.
The Employee and Member Relations Manager is the face and presence of Green Bay Country Club, setting a welcoming tone and the promise of an excellent experience for all who enter our doors. The role is a key purveyor of our Club culture: “We will pamper our members and guests through anticipatory service and gracious hospitality with total focus and commitment.”

- Proficiency with the use of a computer and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with social media business accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Experience with website management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Facilitates the employee handbook and culture set forth by the general manager.
- Writes and posts job descriptions.
- Schedules and conducts initial employment interviews.
- Conducts background checks.
- Coordinates any necessary employee certifications.
- Schedules and conducts stay and exit interviews.
- Maintains human resources files and employee records.
- Files worker's compensation claims.
- Coordinates employee benefits.
- Manages time and attendance.
- Manages the online job application and responses.
MEMBER RELATIONS
- Welcomes members and guests in the business.
- Answers questions or directs visitors to the correct source.
- Anticipates and meets or exceeds member needs when they enter the facility.
- Assists with Club communications such as social media posts, website and website calendar, the weekly e-newsletter.
