Emergency Room Manager

This for-profit healthcare system has over thirty hospitals nationwide, and includes several Academic Medical Centers, over 4,000 licensed beds, and $4 Billion dollars in revenue. They plan on doubling in size in the next decade. I have placed with them several times before and can tell you all about their mission, vision, and values.

This 180-bed hospital is a Level Three Trauma center that cares a lot about their community! This emergency department has 21 beds and two triage areas that see over 26,000 patients a year. This person will report to the Director of Emergency Services, who has been in nursing for over 25 years and is described as a passionate servant leader.

Requirements:

• RN, BSN required, Masters in healthcare related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Emergency Room services in an acute care facility required, at least 2 years in clinical nurse leadership required.
