Submission Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible-REQUIRED
• Active MO License (WIlling to look at providers willing to obtain)-REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Sub-specialty back ups include: Hospitalist, Intensivist, Peds Hospitalist, OB-GYN, Ortho, Gen. Surg., Cardiology, CT surgery, Neuro Surg., Neurology, ENT, Urology, Onc./Hematology, Tele-Psych 24/7, Primary Heart Attack Center and Primary Stroke Center
• Annual volume: 28,000
• EMR: EPIC
