Emergency Medical Technician

Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide medical assistance to patients in need
- Assess patient's condition and perform necessary medical procedures
- Administer medications and injections as required
- Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing care during transportation to medical facilities
- Communicate with medical professionals and relay important patient information
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Emergency Medical Technician or similar role preferred
- Proficient in medical terminology and able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and ability to perform necessary procedures
- Understanding of human physiology and its impact on Emergency Medical care
- Experience with triage and prioritizing patient needs in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with aseptic technique to prevent infection transmission
- Ability to provide critical care interventions when necessary
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- Skilled in obtaining vital signs and interpreting their significance
- Competent in venipuncture for blood draws and administering IV fluids
