Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Complete all ICS courses throughout duration of internship.
2. Rotate though all assigned departments of National EMR
3. Complete all evaluations for university (if required) and National EMR
4. Successfully complete and present individual internship assignment
5. Take and maintain control of all equipment, respond as required.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Seek out and capitalize on opportunities to grow.
2. Attend all meetings as required by current department in rotation as asked from supervisor
3. Review National EMR policy manual and uniform guidelines in detail
4. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Must pass background check, drug screening and MVR.
2. Must provide own transportation to EOC in San Antonio (Schertz) daily
3. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-stress environment
4. Must be able to make quick decisions based on judgement and education
5. Must be able to speak with tact and professionalism.
6. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
7. Understand and adhere to the chain of command.
