About the Role
Sibylline is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Embedded Security Program Manager to support the programmatic and operational needs of our client.
You will be the primary point of contact for the client and the GSOC management and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the team. You will provide seamless operational and tactical level support, for the GSOCs, as well as industry specialists leading process improvements and global security projects.
This role is onsite in the client’s office in Arlington, VA. While there is some degree of flexibility, the successful candidate will be expected to spend 5 days a week in the office. However, this role also supports and oversees the Seattle team as well as remote employees and flexible work hours are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and manage escalated personnel and performance issues in close alignment with the HR team, balancing Sibylline process and principles with client needs. Track overall turnover and drive retention initiatives and team leadership.
- Oversee deep dives into operational misses and errors as needed, supporting operational leadership across all levels, and liaising with the client around the team performance and referencing KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of standard operating procedures and best practices in order to provide coverage for the senior GSOC managers and step in to support during times of heavy operational needs.
- Measure and track all Key Performance indicators on the account on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring that they are always “green” and flagging any early warning signs to the Sibylline and client management.
- Track staffing requirements and act as the liaison between the client and the Sibylline recruiting team to ensure alignment on hiring and delivery of the highest quality of candidates.
- Ensure all onboarding into the client systems and structure is conducted in accordance with the established processes and delivers an exceptional new-hire experience.
- Partner with the Finance and HR teams to ensure the correct tracking of spend and invoicing.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4-5 direct senior level reports, maintaining regular touchpoints and ensuring communication flow up and down the chain of command for an overall team of 250.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years direct experience in account development and program management with the ability to consult and engage with clients, develop and understanding of their requirements and work towards effective solutions
- 5 + years' experience in a client facing role in a commercial setting with strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly forge positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide briefings to high-level members of client’s leadership team, particularly during crises
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in GSOC management and wider security management support operation or comparable operational and management experience.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to set, manage, and meet tight deadlines.
- Driven self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good client care skills and excellent influencing skills.
- Organized, methodical, detail oriented, discreet, and confidential.
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Technology literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to travel as needed with advanced notice. Currently once a quarter minimum travel to headquarters.

Successful candidates will be invited to complete a writing assessment (at an arranged time to suit you) to test writing and analytical ability, followed by a set of psychometric tests. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to a final panel interview. In the current environment, our interviews will be conducted virtually.
The remuneration for this role is negotiable for the right candidate, dependent on qualifications, aptitude and experience.
