Job Responsibilities

This hybrid (4 days a week in office) opportunity is a full-time position that will offer you more experience and opportunity than a traditional customer service center.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships between Paradigm Press and our customers
• Manage all email correspondence with customers directed to Paradigm’s internal customer service center
• Oversee and collect customer feedback to report to various departments/affiliates of Agora
• Conduct independent research about various forms of investing in the stock market and current trends that affect our customers' finances
• Manage live chats with customer help desk as well as internal meetings with editorial directors/executive team members

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional interpersonal, reading, writing, and communication skills, with ability to think outside of the box to provide our customers with unique solutions
• Passion for helping customers and contributing to a customer-centric culture
• Ability to retain customers through respectful communication
• Working knowledge of current technologies including Microsoft office and data processing systems
• Ability to track large amounts of customer feedback and communicate it back to our management team
• Are independent thinkers and can critically think to problem solve
• Are flexible to complete other duties as assigned
