Email Coordinator/ Specialist

This person will work closely with the extended d.Luxury team to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and provide quality campaign execution service to clients.
What You'll Be Doing At D. Luxury:
- Help with email campaign production from end-to-end across multiple platforms, including setup, QA, deployment, segmentation reporting, and analytics for multiple clients.
- Work hands-on inside client ESPs & SMS tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and SMS Bump to execute campaigns.
- Manage the approvals process and route previews to internal and external stakeholders and implement all revisions.
- Monitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, segmentation, rendering, and deployment.
- Compile and maintain email and SMS lists and monitor list health and hygiene.
- Contribute to email strategy from the operational perspective ensuring email deliverability and that they consistently follow GDPR policies, branding and industry best practices.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports; summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunities.
- Assist with project management related to campaign sends, automated programs, & retention efforts.
- Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
- Produce error-free work, following standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper landing pages are in place and operational.
- Optimize and monitor email and SMS signup units.
- Set up various automated email and SMS workflows.
- Assist with the creative briefing for clients.
- Perform quality assurance checks on soon-to-be deployed emails and associated assets.
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
- Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
- Provide information regarding email marketing initiatives
- Fill ad-hoc requests on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a working knowledge of:
- Online and offline creative development and production
- Digital/Multichannel/Integrated Marketing
- Email campaign management
- Email deployment platform experience
- Relationship/Client Management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Klaviyo experience preferred
Requirements:
- A desire to grow and learn more about the email marketing space
- A basic understanding of HTML & CSS with the desire to learn more
- A BS in Marketing/related field or equivalent experience
- Good organizational skills & attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
