Elementary/Middle School Science Teacher - Now Hiring

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary/Middle School Science Teacher to join our team of educators. This role involves preparing and delivering comprehensive science lessons that engage students and foster their understanding and love for the subject. You will play a crucial role in helping students develop both academically and personally.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons using audio/visual aids to enhance student learning.
• Provide personalized instruction to cater to individual student needs and promote interactive learning.
• Develop and distribute educational materials such as notes, summaries, and assignments.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and grades, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders, participating actively in school meetings and events.
• Plan and facilitate dynamic educational activities both inside and outside the classroom.
• Address any student behavioral issues promptly and compassionately, reporting any serious concerns as necessary.
• Continually seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Science, with a valid teaching certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching science.
• Profound knowledge of educational best practices and a commitment to the school’s mission and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, and well-organized with high ethical standards.
• Knowledge of CPR is an advantage.
