Elementary Teacher's Aide

Providence St. Mel is looking to fill an Elementary Teacher's Aide position.

An ideal candidate:

• supports the mission of Providence St. Mel by employing high expectations that all students can and will learn.
• assists teachers in implementing and managing behavior.
• assists students with academic and social skills
• facilitates small groups including interventions
• assist in preparation of classroom materials, bulletin boards, and organization
• works to challenge students at his or her highest potential via Academic Intervention strategies and a variety of approaches
• is passionate about teaching and positively impacting the lives of children.
• Performs all necessary clerical task
• is familiar with how to use the Zoom platform.

Mandatory Job Qualifications

Elementary experience is preferable.
