Electronics Technician

We are looking for students in a technical vocational program to work part-time (10-30 hours per week) at our Owasso facility. The work will be a mixture of R&D support and order fulfillment.

JARDUM is a small electronics engineering company in Owasso, OK. We need help building test setups and performing tests on electronics as well as assisting in preparing products for shipping.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electronics
• Hands on experience with power and hand tools
• Willingness to perform diverse tasks as business requires, including running errands and picking up product
• Pack and ship orders
• Ability to lift boxes of 50lbs

Other beneficial skills:

• Demonstration of strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of software programming concepts
• General knowledge of mechanical, engine, and vehicle concepts
• Experience soldering

Examples of work to be performed:

• Build test harnesses using wire crimpers
• Troubleshoot harnesses using digital multimeters
• Build simple test fixtures
• Monitor automated electronics test
• Program and prepare electronics for shipping
• Work under direction of office manager to ensure product is shipped properly and on time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
