Job Details:
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of electronics design and engineering, coupled with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on electrical engineer with expertise in analog/digital circuit design, microprocessor control circuits, IoT design, and Altium NEXUS. The Electronics Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electronic design, from concept to implementation, and will play a crucial role in driving our technology forward.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electronics engineers.
• Oversee all aspects of electronics design, including analog/digital circuit design, microprocessor control circuits, mixed signal, PCB DC/DC, and PCB Design.
• Drive the development of IoT products, including IoT sensors and IoT design.
• Manage the layout of PCB using Altium design tools.
• Ensure compliance with all test and measurement regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to engineers and other departments.
• Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Oversee the data acquisition process.
• Continually research and implement new technologies to optimize efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in analog circuit, digital circuits, microprocessor, control circuits, sampling circuits, and mixed signal.
• Experience with PCB DC/DC, PCB Design, and electronics design.
• Knowledge of IoT design, IoT Sensors, and IoT products.
• Proficient in Altium NEXUS, Altium Schematic Capture.
• Experience with hardware design and hands-on electrical engineering.
• Familiar with test and measurement regulatory standards.
• Proven experience in managing engineering staff and project management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong passion for technology and innovation.
