Electronic Test Technician

Job Title: Technician/Operator

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Job Description:

• Perform test setup, testing and support troubleshooting of semiconductor test interfaces.
• Handle mechanical interface, measurement Instruments for test setup.
• Support test engineers working locally or remotely by probing signals using oscilloscope probes and DMM.
• Hand test semiconductor units in test sockets or similar and send reports to engineers as needed
• Moving test fixtures across testers, setting up thermal environment for screening of parts
• Coordinate pick up and drop off of units with local Labs.
• Support our test inventory warehouse by performing check-in/out tasks and inventory counts.
• Other similar duties as needed.
• Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems.
• Work with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and soldering equipment to assemble electronic systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.03 - $30.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
