What Matters Most to an Electronic Technician:
- Pay of $20-$27 an hour
- On-site position located in the Blair area
- First shift 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday- Friday
- Direct hire
- Benefits: medical, dental, and vision
- PTO package
- 401k eligible upon hire, a contribution equal to 100% on the first 3 deferred plus 50% on the next 2% deferred. 100% vesting immediately
- Company paid 50k life insurance policy
- Continuing Education 50/50 cost-sharing
Your New Role as an Electronic Technician:
- Tests circuit boards and final assemblies to ensure a quality product
- Troubleshoots and repairs electronic and mechanical products
- Soldiers electronic components on printed circuit boards and assemble electronic boards, mechanical parts, and cables into cases
- Adheres to all company procedures and safety guidelines, including using proper lifting techniques, to avoid injury
Electronic Technician Skills and Experience:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
- Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity and proven proficiency and skill in operating a variety of equipment for the use of basic hand tools, tape measures, blueprints, schematics, etc.
- Ability to work while standing or being seated for up to 8 hours with daily breaks, sustaining repetitive motions and performing repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Electronics Maintenance and Repair, Electrical Wiring, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical Troubleshooting, Maintenance Electricity, Electronics Repair, Electronics Technology, Preventive Maintenance Equipment, Maintenance Pneumatics or Test Equipment experience will be beneficial but not a requirement.
