Job Opportunity: Electronic Technician-Cross Trained

Are you tech-savvy and detail-oriented? Join our team as an Electronic Technician! We're looking for inpiduals who can handle various tasks, from soldering to assembly. No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn. This position with our Lansing based client will not last long! Apply now!
Responsibilities:
• Perform electronic assembly and testing tasks with precision.
• Work with tiny parts, utilizing fine motor skills to handle components as small as small beads with tweezers.
• Ensure accurate identification of part and lot numbers, up to twenty digits.
• Operate a computer to access work instructions, record test data on Excel spreadsheets, respond to emails, and adapt to changing technology and security measures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Learn and apply new skills and procedures as needed in a dynamic work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electronic equipment issues when required.
• Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Prior electronics training, especially in hand soldering, is a plus but not mandatory.
