The candidate will work in a team work environment, assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies, perform related QA testing. Candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills and abilities, or the fast learner in mechanical dexterity, assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring and ability to comprehend basic prints and wiring diagrams.
Experienced technician with soldering experience is preferred. Entry level candidate with no experience is welcome as well, training will be provided.
Job Duties include the following areas:
Assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
Spot soldering and welding for electrical board (PCB).
Perform electronic QC testing for Incoming PO, FAI.
Perform electronic QC testing for outbound assembled products.
Nimh/NiCD and LiPo battery cell matching.
Attention to details and quality.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team-player with positive attitude
Excellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity
Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures
Soldering skill is a preferred
Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly is a plus
Salary based on experience, range from $18 to $21 per hour.
