Responsibilities:
- Test and troubleshoot production and repair units as needed.
- Support engineering in testing, troubleshooting, and experimentation of new products and special projects.
- Assemble various products.
- Generate/complete manufacturing documents including: traceability reports, test data, and quality records.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and electronics/technology certification, or associate degree in electronics/technology desired.
- 2+ years of related experience in electronics and box-build assembly.
- Vocational training in electronics and/or manufacturing desired, but not required.
- Knowledgeable in electronics.
- Able to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and read and understand standard operating procedures.
- Open to work within tight schedules with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to spend 100% of the time on the manufacturing floor performing above mentioned responsibilities.
- Must be able to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in the business language (English).
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail.
- Open to work overtime when needed.
