Blanchard Construction Company is a small business in Covington, LA specializing in commercial construction. This is a full-time position with a growing industrial electrical contractor.

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blueprint reading, schematics, building, frame carpentry, and high voltage.Responsibilities:- Install and maintain electrical systems- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics- Troubleshoot electrical issues- Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers- Test electrical systems for proper functionality- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience- Valid electrician license or certification- Ability to read blueprints and schematics- Experience with building and frame carpentry- Knowledge of high voltage systemsBenefits:- Competitive salary- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insurance- Retirement planIf you meet the requirements for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume.
