Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in New Residential Homes. Your expertise in electrical work will contribute to the success of our projects and to your rate of compensation and ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices when required

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Residential Electrician

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work

- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems

- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
