- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Pay rate: $35-40/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct work safely and help coach/mentor coworkers in electrical safety
- Assist the maintenance team in improving the uptime of production equipment/processes
- Lead small/midsized facility electrical projects and assist in the electrical installation of production equipment
- Provide electrical expertise as required
- Participate in the planning and technical development of projects
- Help to develop, verify, and update Lock Out Tag Out procedures
- Inspect production equipment/facility electrical systems, and develop corrective actions
- Respond rapidly to electrical safety concerns/incidents
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance tasks
- Inspecting production processes and developing ways to make them more efficient
- Select, order, and purchase materials for projects
- Work closely with the team to complete projects
- Assist in the organization of and participate in training sessions: Safety, NFPA 70E, Forklift safety, SQF, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work
- Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, high school degree required
- A valid Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license required
- 3-5 years of maintenance electrical experience in a manufacturing setting
- Low and high-voltage electrical experience
- Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment is desired
- A strong understanding of electrical safety requirements and the ability to mentor others
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and installation
- Understanding of SQF practices (safe, quality foods)
- Ability to troubleshoot facility and production equipment electrical issues
- Self-starter who is willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
