Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for a customer care representative for nationwide firm moving to new location in Southeast Reno.
M-F, 7am-4pm, $19 hr.
Client specializes in office furniture installation and relocation.
Temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office Duties
Assist our customer service team ...
Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages and distribute.
Filing and scanning information and forms to system.
Create company spreadsheets and reports.
Assisting with typing paperwork as needed for office operation.
Order office supplies
Provide customer service for clients.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Process company mail
Assist with data entry and electronic filing.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, work well under pressure with little to no supervision, and be capable of understanding basic install procedures.
Must also possess time management skills and a sense of urgency. Individual should be resourceful and think outside of the box to quickly and efficiently complete all tasks.

Must type 40+ WPM
Looking for a detail-oriented individual to work full time as an account manager in a fast-paced environment. Account managers work closely with customers and end users to coordinate commercial furniture installations from start to finish.
Resume and interview required. Typing test required.
