Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is seeking a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Mid- Level and Senior LevelElectrical Systems Design and Analysis Engineers supporting the Systems Integration Laboratory team. The candidate engineer will work with a dynamic and diverse team to coordinate efforts related to the design, configuration, production, certification, delivery, and maintenance of integrated systems within the laboratory. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
Associate (Level 2)

• Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements for labs.
• Designs hardware, software and interface specifications.
• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
• Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Experienced (Level 3)

• Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for labs.
• Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
• Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Senior (Level 4)

• Leads work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for labs.
• Leads and coordinates work to analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
• Leads work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Oversees the team that monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
• Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Researches technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
• Makes recommendations for technology investments.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification
• 1 or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Education or experience in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months

Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2)

an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range for Associate level: $73,950 - 100,050
Summary pay range for Experienced: $89,250 - 120,750
Summary pay range for Senior : $111,350 - 150,650
