Electrical Project Manager/Resident Engineer

We have an immediate need for a qualified Electrical Project Manager/Resident Engineer for a railroad Frequency Converter Replacement Project located in Queens. 

• Overall Construction Management
• Conduct progress meetings and all other meetings
• Prepare minutes; review, monitor and distribute submittals, RFI;s (logs) and CPM schedule
• Review & approve payment requests
• Support contract change evaluations & negotiations
• Observe & approve testing, maintain NCN's, review change orders & work with owner to obtain track outages

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, PE preferred
• 10+ years Project Management experience, with focus on Design Build projects
• Railroad experience in sub-station, high voltage work required
• Ability to oversee staff and interface daily with client.

- Compensation: Min: $190,000 - Max: $203,000
