Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description:

Role: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Warren or Point Pleasant Beach NJ

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an Electrical Designer/Engineer with at least 6 years of experience in the design of lighting and power systems for all building types to join our team in any of our office locations throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate is an established engineer who has developed their design skills on arrange of projects, has a solid understanding of mechanical system basics, and is looking to assume more significant role in the development of the mechanical system designs.

Candidates will have some(or all) of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree(or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (concentration in Electrical Design)

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in electrical building design

• Experience with AutoCAD is required

• Experience with Revit preferred

• Experience in some(or all) of the following project types: education ,civil/government, financial services, retail, office, interior renovation, high tech/R&D, mission critical/datacenters, and healthcare

· Knowledge of the LEED certification process (LEEDAccreditation is a plus)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required.

• Passion for sustainability

• Creativity and a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking

• Ability to collaborate in a team setting

• US Driver’s license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
