The Team/Organization:
At Ford Model e (Electric Vehicles) we are passionate about solving hard problems and delivering extraordinary solutions to change the world. Ford’s Model e Team is charged with delivering the company’s vision of an electric transportation future.
This internship will support the Go-To-Market team for Model e. This team is tasked with building the Electric Vehicles business revenue and supporting Ford’s broader transformation. The team is customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data-driven and is dedicated to delivering industry-leading customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners. The purpose of this organization is to deliver experiences that delight & empower our customers to move into the EV future and thrive as Ford owners.
This Strategy & Operations Internship, Model e, will provide an exciting opportunity to work with our dealer network to drive the market share and revenue of Ford’s current EV products (Mustang Mach-e & F150 Lightning) & plan for how we bring future products to market.
Requirements:
Currently pursing of Bachelors or Masters in one of the following fields: Business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, and Analytics) and other like degrees
Junior level standing with anticipated graduation date by September 2025
Experience or course work demonstrating the ability to review and understand data
A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)

This position would be a hybrid position for 10-12 weeks based out of The Factory at Corktown in Detroit, Michigan.
