Elder Law Attorney Job Description

Duties:
Draft, review and approve Elder Law and Estate Planning documents

Communicate with staff and clients regarding documents

Utilize software (currently WealthCounsel f/k/a ElderCounsel) to create document packages

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of Elder Law and Medicaid/VA regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, WealthCounsel and other software

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
