Responsibilities:
Handle court hearings at the Daley Center and the surrounding court systems, prepare pleadings and discovery (written and oral), attend Arbitrations and Mediations, and assist in Jury Trials.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of civil litigation experience. Will consider applicants with experience on defense or plaintiff side.
