We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Shift Leaders. These positions will work a variety of shifts throughout the week to provide leadership to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep food prep areas, dining room and kitchen organized and clean
• Ensure fast and quality service for customers
• Maintain standards of excellence in food preparation
• Take and prepare catering orders
• Handle/escalate customer complaints
• Adhere to receiving procedures: includes inspection of goods received to verify quality, quantity, and damage
• Ensure all daily checklist items are completed satisfactorily

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Flexible work schedule – as little as 15 to as many as 45 hours per week, we will work you around your class schedule if you are in college

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
