About this job
iCrossing is looking for an Associate Digital Solutions Architect to join their Digital Solutions business unit and be part of an integrated cross functional team that drives client outcomes. Our Digital Solutions will pragmatically utilize iX strengths in all of our competencies from strategy to technical delivery and everything in between. You will have a key leadership position in clarifying the client needs and alignment. You will also be embedded with Agile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements throughout an agile delivery lifecycle, including user story and acceptance criteria definition.
- Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner, including defining the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
- Lead and mentor technical delivery teams, ensuring adoption of agile best practices and methods.
- Act as senior advisor for digital transformation technical enablement.
- Anticipate and plan for digital transformation technology needs and impediments by working with key stakeholders to mitigate critical path impediments.
- Design and customize digital maturity assessments and contextualize strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives.
- Support key stakeholders to enable experience capabilities – establish legitimacy as a leader in digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions.
- Manage and prioritize voices of the customer, employee, and partner to effectively manage competing digital solution.
- Establish technical authority and build client relationships to define and crystalize support for technology decisions, program delivery issue mitigation, and end to end digital program outcomes.
- Contribute to the technology advisory for a client’s experience-led growth agenda – use human and market insights to enable future growth opportunities through new technical product development and usage, technically enabled processes, and technology upskilling.
Who you are
You have:
- 7-10 years working with business and technical teams in the digital domain.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources.
- Expert knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success working within a scaled agile framework with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive progress utilizing agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming etc.
- Broad experience with digital tools and development practices, such as marketing automation, digital web property development, DevOps, and data infrastructure/modeling.
- Enterprise level technical experience, data-driven decision making, and complex system troubleshooting.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment with strong sense of ownership and collaborative outcomes. Experience with change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives.

For New York City , the estimated salary range for this position is between $126,000 and $157,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
