The Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Administrative Assistant will support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) managers and other employees by handling various tasks, including data entry and database maintenance, document control, and report generation.
High School Diploma and a two-year Associate's degree in customer service and/or administrative support are required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Three to five years of experience in a similar position. Excels in a deadline-oriented environment and demonstrates a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments. Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to generate and make decisions as needed: creative problem solving; strong service orientation; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
