Position Summary
This position will provide support related to report/query development, EHR training, help desk services, documentation, and administrative reviews as directed by the EHR Support Team Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Generate various reports, queries, data collections and analysis.
- Monitor “clean up” reports for follow up.
- Review assigned reports identifying process issues.
- Provide EHR software “help desk” services.
- Correction Form Process.
- Grant access to EHR live and test databases, and change security groups.
- AIMS Transmissions to State of Kansas
- Prepare monthly Leadership Reports and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Maintain Medical Records scanning computers.
- Member of EHR Training Team. Backup to other trainers. Train on specific functions of EHR/Eprescribe.
- Back up to the EHR Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned by the EHR Manager.
Education/Licensure:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Report writing training preferred.
- Must successfully pass the KBI and SRS Central Registry background investigations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products including - Outlook, Explorer, Word, and Excel and a working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, SQL Server Management, and Adobe desired.
- Experience writing system reports.
