Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team.
No evenings or weekends!

As a Sadler Health Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA), you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients.
Your customer service training will provide a great patient experience as you assist the team by escorting patients, assisting with completion of paperwork, and work in tandem with reception staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Your Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) training will allow you to assist Providers in determining dental problems, completing procedures, and timely delivery of accurate clinical notes and chairside dental care.
Sadler Health EFDAs enjoy opportunities to maintain current knowledge of dental procedures, oral hygiene, and sterilization procedures, and your passion for dental health will motivate you to pass that oral health education on to our patients.
Our Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA must have two year’s dental experience and an active EFDA license. They are expected to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work at our different Dental Clinic locations on occasion/as needed (Carlisle, Loysville and soon Mechanicsburg).
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit which you can take based on your schedule instead of when your practice closes! Our EFDAs start at $23 and can earn up to $27 to start with
