Dental Assistant (Part-Time)

Smiles on Broadway (www.dentisthanoverpa.com), a successful dental practice “Keeping Hanover Smiling since 1982” has an immediate opening for a part- timeDental Assistant. Schedule would be one day/week plus PRN for staff absences, as may be requested.

We strive to offer the most advanced technology which permits safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ prior dental office experience, outstanding customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills. High school diploma desired. X-ray certified required. Solid computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities include:

* maintaining the sterilization room

* assisting hygienists to keep schedule flowing

* fill-in chair side assistant to the Dentist and perform x-rays for patients

* some front desk time may be included to assist with scheduling via telephone

We envision this person will routinely work on Thursdays with additional days requested on a periodic basis as staff may need to be out of the office. Our office hours are: Mon-Wed 9AM-5PM, Tues 8AM-4PM, Thursday 7:15AM-3PM. We are closed on Fridays.
