Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in electronics sales, technical sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
