KPG is associated with a leading manufacturer seeking a full-timeEDI Customer Service Specialistto join their team!
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of EDI troubleshooting knowledge, experience with 3rd party vendors and RMAs process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm, plus overtime as needed.
Job Duties:
- Process sales orders (manual and EDI), troubleshoot order discrepancies, assist representatives with pricing, order processing, and delivery issues.
- Process RMAs and credits, and assist customers with billing, shipping, and product inquiries.
- Answer general customer questions regarding order status, returns, shipping information, and ensure follow-up until the inquiry is closed.
- Work between multiple customer portals and applications to enter, pull, and assess customer information.
- Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and identify fraud concerns.
- Reports to management overall health of EDI.
- Maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.
Qualifications:
- EDI troubleshooting knowledge.
- 3+ years of Customer Service/Support experience.
- Ability to work with 3rd party vendors such as Ternpoint.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
