Job Description
Get in on the ground floor of a top industrial services company in Dallas/Fort Worth and be in charge of our ecommerce operation! We are looking for an ecommerce professional who is eager to step into a role with immediate responsibility and influence and an abundance of future growth potential. This role requires the ability to manage the entire ECommerce Sales process from crafting the companies long-term ecommerce vision, negotiating with buyers, listing items, and fulfilling customer orders.
This is a full-time position working in the company's DFW office
Qualifications
• Experience selling or reselling products online (preferred, not required)
• Strong computer skills
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
• Excels at performing well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong track-record for process improvement
• Excellent analytical skills
Responsibilities
• Manage the company ecommerce business including steering the long-term strategy of the department, negotiating sales, listing products for sale, and shipping to customers
• Identify and implement potential improvements in the company ecommerce operation
• Build the company brand as a trusted online seller
• Prepare items for sale, take pictures and list them for sale on eBay and other ecommerce sites
• Organize items into our inventory management system
• Negotiate sale price of items with potential buyers
• Answer customer questions and concerns
• Identify Sales and customer patterns and record them in CRM
• Help with ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
