Job Description

Our client is searching for a leader to build out their .com marketplace. The collectible product market our client is a part of is over $5 Billion per year; and while today, these collectibles represents just 10% of our client's GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), it’s our fastest growing business, with enormous potential and a key area of our growth plan.

Within the $200 Billion worldwide market of collectibles, there are many unique categories. Our client believes that by creating specific marketplaces, built from the ground up to understand how collectors browse, search and collect each type of collectible, we can deliver an exceptional customer experience for both buyers and sellers.

The right leader will spearhead the strategy with key cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, and technology to ensure .com is the online destination for this collectible product with a best in class end to end experience covering fixed price listings, auctions, and offers. In addition to driving strategy, the GM of product will be focused on proactively seeking out new sellers for our marketplace, working with and expanding the offerings of our existing sellers, and coordinating exciting weekly auction events!
