Vital DiagnosTech is currently seeking a talented and passionate Echo Tech/Cardiovascular Sonographer. As an Echo Tech/Cardiovascular Sonographer, you will play a crucial role in performing echocardiograms and other cardiovascular ultrasound procedures, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of various cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and other cardiovascular ultrasound procedures on patients
• Correctly position patients and ensure their safety and comfort during procedures
• Capture and analyze ultrasound images of the heart and related structures
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze ultrasound findings
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
• Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography and cardiovascular sonography

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Cardiac Sonography or a related field
• Valid ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification in Adult Echocardiography
• State licensure as a Cardiovascular Sonographer
• CCI Certification
• No experience required
• Proficiency in performing echocardiograms and other cardiovascular ultrasound procedures
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in capturing and analyzing ultrasound images
• Commitment to patient care and safety
