Job Summary:
- Responsible for the preparation and performance of diagnostic electrocardiography testing throughout the hospital.
- Procedures performed will include 12-Lead ECG, Signal Averaged ECG, Holter Monitoring, and Arrhythmia Monitoring.
- Patients of all ages served.
- Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
- Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Position Details:
- Full-time: 72 hours every two weeks
- Rotating day and evening shifts. Day shift starting hours are between 5:30 a.m.- 8 a.m. Evening shift start is 2 p.m. Weekend shift start is 5:45 a.m. or 2 p.m.
- Rotating weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Medical terminology and computer experience preferred.
