Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist the professor with grading coursework ensuring accuracy and timely feedback to students.
• Provide administrative support with student correspondence and/or documents.
• Act as a liaison between the professor and students, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on academic matters.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the efficient functioning of the professor’s academic responsibilities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Direct experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in academic research methods and information retrieval.
• Proficient in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and academic databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience in an academic or administrative support role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology-enhanced teaching methods is a plus.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic academic environment.
• Strong time. Management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative.

Pay/Salary
$400.00 per week
